The personal information collected for the purposes listed in section A) will not be communicated to third parties without your express consent by requesting them.
E) Your rights
You have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence of your data and to know its content and origin, verify its accuracy or request its integration or updating, correction or deletion.
You can also exercise all the other rights recognized in Article 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 (Italian Law, Right of access to personal data and other rights), including in particular the right to oppose, for legitimate reasons, to the treatment. - You have the right to oppose in whole or in part:
- for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data, pertinent for collection purposes;
- to the processing of personal data for purposes of sending advertising materials or direct sales or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.

Electronic-Sud want to inform you that, in accordance with the ruling by the personal data protection n. 229/2014 (Italian Law, Identification of simplified procedures for the information and the acquisition of consent for the use of cookies), this website uses cookie technology.
