Purchasing Procedures

1. Electronic-Sud multimediastore, simply called Electronic-Sud, is the owner of the sites www.electronic-sud.com and www.electronic-sud.it.

2 By using the website and its related services, you agree to be bound by these terms "Conditions of Use", you agree our "Privacy Policy" and you are confirming that "you are an adult". If you are not an adult, you may use the Site only with the assistance of a parent or guardian.

3. After you have submitted your data you will receive a Proforma Invoice email and later, in the next 24 hours, you will receive an email with instructions on how to make payment.

The sale transaction is completed when you make the payment.

Customizations, discounts and bid

4. For some products (not all), you can choose:

  • to customized then (for example by choosing the color); to customize some products you have to pay an additional cost (it is explicitly indicated during the choice)
  • to get a discount if you buy more than one or more
  • to place a bid; if we deem your proposal acceptable then you will be contacted to complete the purchase of this product

Methods of payment

6. All the prices on the websites www.electronic-sud.com and www.electronic-sud.it are inclusive of VAT and they are valid only for web-purchases

6.1 You can pay for your purchases using a Bank Transfer, PayPal or Italian Postal services

6.2 If you choose to pay by Bank Transfer, our staff will communicate the details to make the payment transaction. You'll have to make the payment within 5 days. After you have made the payment you must send your receipt. During this period we will keep busy for you the products you have ordered.

6.3 If you choose to pay by Paypal, our staff will communicate the email address of the account to make the payment. You'll have to make the payment within 5 days. During this period we will keep busy for you the products you have ordered.

6.4 If you choose to pay by Postepay, our staff will communicate the details to make the payment transaction. You'll have to make the payment within 5 days. After you have made the payment you must send your receipt. During this period we will keep busy for you the products you have ordered.

Shipment and Shipping

7. Shipments, unless specifically requested by the customer or special logistical needs, are made by Express Courier.

  • The available products are shipped by 16:00 on the day following the receipt of the payment
  • The products available in 7 days are shipped within 7 days of receipt of payment
  • If an order consists of products available immediately and products available in 7 days, it's shipped within 7 days of receipt of the payment

7.1 You can choose between three Shipments

  • "Corriere Espresso" is for shipments to Italy and is expected to be delivered within 5 working days from the date of shipment to the carrier, but in 90% of cases occurs in 48 hours
  • "Paccocelere 1" is for shipments to Italy and guaranteed delivery within 48 hours from the date of delivery of the package to the carrier
  • "International Shipment" is for shipments Worldwide and delivery is variable from country to country within 30 days

7.2 No responsibility can be attributed to Electronic-South in case of delay in delivery by the carrier

7.3 To the delivery of the shipment you must verify the integrity of the package and reporting any anomalies on the transport document and by contacting our customer service

7.4 You have to pay the shipping cost and it also includes the cost of packaging. Shipping cost depends on the weight of the shipment and the place of destination

7.5 You can choose to insure your shipment against damage. If the products were damaged by the carrier you must report it to our customer service and we will send back the merchandise that has been damaged or give you back the amount paid. The cost of insurance is calculated based on the value of the order

7.6 You can choose the gift box for the products you're buying. In this case, each product is packed with wrapping paper before being placed in the box for shipping.

In pursuance of Italian Legislative Decree no. 65/2010

8.1 From 1 September 2007 started the system for the separate collection and disposal of Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE European Community directive 2002/96/EC). The Distributor (Dealer) when supplying new electrical and electronic equipment (designed for a single household) has an obligation to pick up the free equivalent equipment at end of life.

8.2 The customer may request to our customer service at any time of the sale withdrawal of the product used. The customer must ship the product at our store and we will arrange its collection

Warranty

9.1 In pursuance of Italian Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 ("Consumer Code") All products sold on this site are covered by the legal warranty of 24 months from the Manufacturer's Warranty. The Warranty Service is added, but does not replace, the Legal Warranty of 24 months, however, rightly due to the consumer, as provided by law.

9.2 Electronic-Sud is liable to the consumer for any lack of conformity which is not evident at the time of purchase and that it occurs within two years after delivery. The lack of conformity must be reported to seller within two months from the date on which it was discovered. Unless proven otherwise, it is assumed that the lack of conformity occurring within 6 months after delivery of the product already existed on that date.

9.3 In case of lack of conformity, the consumer has the right to restoration of conformity by repair or replacement at no cost. The consumer, at its option, may require the seller to repair the product or replace it at no charge in either case, unless the remedy requested is impossible or disproportionate to the other.

9.4 Repairs or replacements shall be made within a reasonable time after the request of the consumer; in case of Electronic-Sud was not able to repair the product, the consumer may request an alternative remedies (replacement, termination of the contract, price reduction).

9.5 To receive warranty service, the Customer shall keep duly receipt (invoice or receipt) sent simultaneously to products purchased and the occurrence of problem contact our customer service.

10 Products sold as "used" unless otherwise expressly stated, are not covered by the Manufacturer's Warranty. There isn't also lack of conformity if, at the time the contract was concluded, the consumer was aware of the defect, he could not ignore it with ordinary diligence or if the lack of conformity resulting from instructions or materials provided by the consumer. Finally, the liability for lack of conformity which is not declared at the time of conclusion of the contract is limited to a maximum period of 12 months.

In pursuance of Italian Legislative Decree no. 206/2005

11.1 Purchases made on our website as they occur outside of business premises are protected by Decree 206 of 6 September 2005, which provides for the consumer the possibility to exercise the right of withdrawal. This right allows you to return products without any penalty and without specifying the reason and to obtain a refund of the purchase price of the products.

11.2 The right of withdrawal applies to natural persons acting for purposes not related to his professional activity; are therefore excluded purchases made by retailers and companies.

11.3 The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following categories of products on our website:

  • audiovisual media or sealed computer software unsealed by the consumer
  • newspapers, magazines, manuals and printed journals

11.4 The right of withdrawal can not be exercised also if the product is not intact, namely:

  • in case where the product requires a professional installation and was installed after purchase (for example, Hi-Fi Car)
  • in absence of the original package
  • in absence of elements of the product (accessories, cables, manuals, etc)
  • in case of damaged product

Instructions to return the products

12.1 You have the right to cancel your contract within fourteen (14) days

12.2 You have to communicate your intention to return some/all products in a written form (e.g. registered letter or e-mail).

12.3 The products must be returned in "AS NEW" condition and in their original packaging includes all accessories which must not be damaged in anyway. Any returned item will remain your responsibility until it is received by Electronic-Sud, we suggest you use a secure delivery method and please retain proof of postage.

12.4 Once the goods are received and verified "AS NEW" condition, within fourteen days (14) we will refund the cost of the returned products.

Final provisions

13.1 All trademarks and logos on this site and not related to Electronic-Sud, are the property of their respective owners Copyright and are used on this website solely to promote the sale of the product to which they refer.

13.2 We try to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other Site content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. You can ask for further information, clarifications and additions photo to our customer service.

13.3 For any general questions or claims the Customer can contact the Supplier under the address given above or by our Customer Service.

13.4 This agreement is governed by the Italian laws without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws.
